Martinez, 38, said she might pursue her master's degree in nursing at CSU Stanislaus because it's close to home and the credits she earns at Delta would be transferable.Michael Almazan, 19, a third-semester student at Delta, wants to attend pharmacy school at Pacific eventually. He chose UOP because of its accelerated program and small student-to-teacher ratio, he said."I know I have to think about other schools, but I'm not going to," Almazan said. "They have harder work, but you get out sooner."
