"Our guys are courageous," said Merrimack coach Mark Dennehy, whose team (5-18-3, 2-14-3 Hockey East) remains a point behind Northeastern in the league standings. "The good news is that after a game like that we might only have a couple of guys upset. Now there are a lot of guys upset. That says that these guys expect if they put their best foot forward they are going to come away with something. And tonight they expected to come away with more than they did."
