Fila, 69, driving north on South Main Street, weaving into oncoming traffic, at 10:41 p.m., Taylor Officer Kevin Froese said. Mr. Fila, who has addresses in Avoca and Factoryville, reached speeds of up to 70 mph and drove on sidewalks. He hit a Blakely police car barricading his route at the Blakely-Dickson City border, forcing an officer to jump down a hill, police said.
