Public comments sought on Robertson Ranch plans - North County Times
At least one environmental group, Preserve Calavera, plans to submit written comments. Its leader, Diane Nygaard, has said she has concerns about the way the increase in traffic and other issues will be handled.Reaction from businesses and residents near the ranch was mixed last week.
