Engagement Announcements - Gwinnett Daily Post
Allen - Tedder Thomas and Kathryn Allen of Clyo announce the engagement of their daughter, Kacy Kathryn Allen, to Joshua William Tedder, son of Dorothy Tedder of Lawrenceville and Wayne and Lea Tedder of Lawrenceville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of George and Jaunita Allen of Clyo, Barbara Poppell of Savannah and the late T.H. Faulk of Rincon. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where she received her bachelor's degree in English education. She plans to complete her master's degree from the University of Georgia in spring 2006 in instructional technology. She is employed as a media specialist at Effingham County Middle School. The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Howard M. and Mary M. Mitchell of Jackson, Mich., and the late William O. and Helen Tedder of Bethlehem. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received a bachelor's degree in business. He works as a project manager for media recovery in Alpharetta. The wedding is planned for Dec. 17 at Jerusalem Lutheran Church in Rincon.
