Fambrough: Shreveport makes strongest pitch for championships - 2TheAdvocate
Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond and the University of Louisiana at Monroe also submitted bids. Both schools have hosted the Sweet 16 girls basketball tourney and ULM now hosts 2A baseball. Given their traditions for supporting and bidding on LHSAA events, these bids were expected and also gracious.
