College students use cell phones to access campus Web system - Ventura County Star (subscription)
Desai said he's got signed agreements with seven other area colleges, including Baruch College of the City University of New York, plus the University of South Florida, with an understanding that the service will be made available to their students after the Montclair State rollout, which was officially announced Sept. 29.
