George was treated at the hospital and released, according to a hospital spokeswoman.George was driving north on Powderhouse Road shortly after 2 p.m. when her car veered off the right side of the road into a ditch and flipped onto its nose.Theron Humphrey of Corning, who was driving south on Powderhouse Road near Dibble Road, saw the accident."She just came around the bend, and it didn't seem like she was going fast at all," he said.
