Mayoral Candidates Address Youth Crime - 13WHAM-TV
(Rochester, NY) 10/17/05 -- With six homicides of young people under 18 in Rochester so far this year, many residents are especially concerned about the safety of Rochester's young people. Candidates for mayor shared their ideas on the topic at a forum held Monday afternoon at the Damon campus of Monroe Community College.
