Midland artists named to Texas Commission on the Arts - MyWestTexas.com
A former president of the Arts Assembly of Midland and Midland Arts Association, Webb was the Celebration of the Arts Distinguished Artist in 2002. She is a member of the National Watercolor Society, Southwest Watercolor Society, American Watercolor Society, Midland Arts Association and the Arts Assembly of Midland. She also served on the Midland-Dongying (China) Board, which involved sending an art exhibit to China and installing an exhibit from Dongying here.
