Sprinting toward a merger - The Journal News.com
Sarah Smith, a Westchester Community College student from New Rochelle, said she believes the merger will benefit her once she switches from Verizon to Sprint. She said she'll double her free daytime minutes to 800 and be able to use her mobile-to-mobile minutes to speak with friends who were Nextel customers and have stuck with the merged company.
