Road extension projects voted down in plan approval - Hickory Daily Record
The Small Area Plan also calls for the deletion of the proposed Catawba Valley Boulevard extension project. That proposal, which would extend the heavily traveled road east of Startown Road, is now planned to split the campus of Catawba Valley Community College. An alternate plan has the extension moving south of the campus.
