NH STATE QUILTERS ASSOCIATION will meet from 1 to 4 p.m. with registration from 12:30 to 1 p.m. at the NH Technical Institute, 31 College Drive, Concord. Admission is free to members and $10 for non-members. Diana Gallagher, quilt designer will be presenting and demonstrating her technique for wool appliqué.
