Pamlico to receive relief for Ophelia - New Bern Sun Journal
The bulk of the cost - $13,800 - was for operation of the Pamlico Community College shelter, where about 250 people gathered. Of that, $12,400 was for overtime for non-exempt Department of Social Services employees.
