Also in Indy, a citywide public art show of large-scale banners by Felix Gonzalez-Torres, "Untitled (For Jeff)," is next Sunday through Jan. 29. Gonzalez-Torres (1957-1996), a Cuban-born American artist, was on the forefront of redefining the nature of public art. The work is borrowed from the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden in Washington, D.C. Sites include the Herron school and other museums as well as billboards throughout the city. Print techniques
