SC4 board votes to raise class fees - Port Huron Times Herald
Fees will go up this winter for students in certain programs offered by St. Clair County Community College, the college board voted Thursday. Students taking any online courses, starting in the winter 2006 semester, will pay a course fee not to exceed $35. Students in the one-year practical-nursing program SC4 runs in Huron County's Bad Axe will pay a fee not to exceed $195 per contact hour, starting in January. The current Bad Axe fee is about $125 per contact hour, college staff said. The fee increases are designed to cover higher expenses the courses incur, the college said.Shipwatching site work to begin
