He has served as legal counsel to the Oregon Resource and Technology Development Account Board of Directors and has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Oregon. He served on the Executive Committee and on the Board of Directors of the Cascade Pacific Council of the Boy Scouts of America. In 2004, he received the Cascade Pacific Council’s Silver Beaver Award, the highest recognition that the Council can bestow on a volunteer. Krahmer is also a member of the American Bar Association, Business Law Section, and Negotiated Acquisitions, Small Business and Venture and Private Equity Finance Committees. He holds a juris doctor degree, a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree from Willamette University.
