"If they left school tomorrow, which I'm obviously not advocating, they'd readily be picked up and considered to be at the top in their trade. Often the image of a vocational program is often stigmatized," Joseph Lewis, superintendent of the Bethlehem Area School District said. "Plumbers, masons, electricians I need them all.
