The Anglican Communion in New Westminster (ACiNW) will host a conference exploring myths about homosexuality October 14 - 15. Dr. Robert Gagnon, assistant professor of New Testament at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and author of The Bible and Homosexual Practice, will be keynote speaker. Dr. John McLeod, who has practiced as a physician in the lower mainland for over 30 years, will offer information on medical issues relating to homosexual practice. A question and answer session is scheduled as are times of worship, prayer and testimonies by those who have experienced healing. It will be held at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Vancouver. The cost is $20 per person, $10 for students. Registration is at the door.
