The Winchester Star - Winchester Star
Brian Wilcox had a dual role at Opportunity Winchester’s 2nd Annual Street Festival. The biology professor at Lord Fairfax Community College is an amateur juggler, enabling him to educate and entertain at the event. His booth on the Loudoun Street Mall promoted air quality in the Shenandoah Valley with the LFCC organization, Valley Air Now. When there was a lull at his station, he would use the time to juggle.
