Construction industry rebuilds its work force - The Olympian
"There's the perception that construction is labor-intensive only," said Heather Fredericks, director of the Construction Center of Excellence at Renton Technical College. "You have to have solid math skills, spatial ability and the ability to see where your contribution to a large project makes sense. There's an awful lot of skill required."
