Plan would train city cops at MATC - Milwaukee Journal Sentinel (subscription)
Donovan said Monday that the plan calls for police recruits to spend the first 13 weeks of their training, about half of the time needed, at Milwaukee Area Technical College, instead of the city-run Police Academy.
