ConSol principal chosen for energy board - Stockton Record
Delta Health Care has new director Ellyne Bell has been named executive director of Delta Health Care. She succeeds Irwin Staller, who retired after 16 years of service.Before joining Delta Health Care, Bell was executive director of California Alliance Against Domestic Violence.She is a licensed social worker and earned bachelor's degrees from University of California, Davis, and Elkins College in West Virginia. Bell also holds a master's degree from the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Gettysburg, Pa.
