Lynch named Citizen of the Year - Pulaski County Democrat
Other awards included the 2005 Organization of the Year presented to Waynesville Technical Academy and the 2005 Volunteer of the Year award won by Ann Cook. The Waynesville Technical Academy has helped the Chamber with their monthly newsletter by providing design, layout, printing and inserting for the “VOICE”, also printing Community Pride Night t-shirts for volunteers, student-made picnic tables which they donate every year to the Basket Auction and have prepared food for meetings and events. Ann Cook is the Chairperson for the Chamber Governmental and Military Affairs Committee. Through this Committee she has helped in the planning of the Chamber’s Community Forums. She was instrumental in the success of the Chamber’s Veteran’s Memorial Ball.
