US-Asia forum features former ambassador - Kentucky.com
John Marks, a division director with the Department for Workforce Investment's Office of Career and Technical Education, was recently elected to serve as a commissioner on the Kentucky State Council of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, Council on Accreditation and School Improvement during its annual conference held in Houston. Marks has been involved in secondary and postsecondary vocational/technical education for the past 20 years in both the OCTE system and the Kentucky Community and Technical College System as a teacher and administrator. He has also served as state Tech Prep coordinator and director of the student organization SkillsUSA.
