Ray Lockwood introduced guest Dee Ballinger, Eastbrook High School counselor, and discussed the Youth of the Year program. Ballinger described many of Megan Southerland's activities in school, community and church. Megan said she is currently taking a class at Taylor University, where she plans to attend next year. She also is a teacher cadet in Upland Elementary School. Megan is the daughter of Ron and Judy Southerland.
