The application will be implemented in more than 500 company restaurants and will be used to manage daily business operations, including managing, inventory levels, food procurement, and production planning. eRestaurant Services’ Back Office Suite is a powerful web-based application that contains several solution modules aimed at helping restaurant managers operate their business. In particular, the Food Management module is a key component of the application that will be used to streamline and manage Chipotle’s food costs, supply chain and store operations.
