St. Mary's class to help rebuild New Orleans parks - Contra Costa Times
A group of 25 St. Mary's College students will travel to the Gulf Coast in January to help rebuild parks and buildings ravaged by Hurricane Katrina. The students will spend more than three weeks in Spartan conditions: sleeping on a bus, eating simple foods and trying to avoid stomach maladies.
